1️⃣ First up, we’ve noticed some quirky patterns in our plant’s power usage. Between 12:00 and 18:00, things get a bit wavy—peaking at 93.6 kW! Seems like our plant loves a midday power snack. But, we’ve also hit a low of 28.1 kW, so there’s room to green up our game even more! 🌿📊
2️⃣ Moving to the pre-treatment stage where our Rührwerk spins up some serious fluctuations, even dropping to 0 W sometimes! Talk about taking a break. And our pumps? They’re on a power-saving mode too, peaking at just 3.28 kW. 🔄🚿
3️⃣ When feeding solid materials to fermenters, our system once showed a peculiar -45.5 W drop. That’s a potential eco-friendly feedback we’re keeping an eye on! 🌾➡️🔋
4️⃣ Our fermenters, oh, they’re quite the steady performers, maintaining a solid power output. Although, we’ve seen some exciting spikes up to 8.80 kW! Consistency is key, but who doesn’t love a bit of excitement? ⚡️🌱
5️⃣ And in post-fermentation, the stability continues! We’re talking minimal power wobble around 12.0 kW to 18.3 kW. Efficient and effective, just the way we like it! 👌🎛️
