Hey eco-warriors! 🌱✨ We’ve been diving deep into our biogas plant’s performance and guess what? There’s some cool data to share! 📊🔍
1️⃣ Powering Up:
Our plant’s been churning out power with outputs from 30.6 kW to 78.4 kW. That’s like powering loads of homes! 😱 Most of the time, we’re stable at around 53.4 kW. High-fives all around for those peak times showing we’re doing great during busy hours. 🙌
2️⃣ Feedstock Finesse:
Our storage game for feedstock (yup, that’s liquid manure 🐄) needs a bit of a tweak. It’s been a bit low, and hey, we’re all about making things better! Time for a storage strategy revamp! 💪
3️⃣ Doser Details:
Here’s a hiccup – our substrate doser’s been lagging, even hitting 0 W at times. We’re on it, looking for what’s up and fixing it to keep things smooth. 🛠️
4️⃣ Digesting Dynamics:
Big cheers for Digesters 1 and 2! You guys are the rockstars of consistent energy, keeping it between 3.61 kW and 7.50 kW. 🌟 Digester 3, you’re next on our list for a little shake-up to keep your performance top-notch. 🔧
5️⃣ Checking What’s After:
Our post-digestion monitoring showed some dips (yikes -367 W!). But no worries, we’re on it! Making sure every stage works perfectly is our jam. 🍰
